Refund Policy

Please contact us first if you are thinking of doing a return, so we could assist you as quickly as possible. 

If you are unhappy with your order, our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive the package. If 14 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it in, in example unworn, unwashed, have original tags and packaging.

There are some items that are exempt from being returned. These items are bathing suits, lingerie items, gift cards, and final sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds(if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received and review the item(s). The email will also inform you if we approved or rejected your return.

If you are approved we will be glad to issue you a Store Credit that you can use in the future.

Once your refund has been approved, you can mail your item(s) to; P.O. Box 863, Bronx, NY, US, 10457.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
